INDIAN BEACH HARBOR consists of two separate segments:
A) Single Family Lake Lots and
B) Lagoon side, single family detached town homes.

A) There are only Six (6) lots on the Green Lake side of INDIAN BEACH HARBOR; 3 of which have already sold. These lots will be available for purchase and will be zoned solely for single family, custom-built homes. The lot prices include assessments including Green Lake water and sewer, all utilities, private drives, private docks placed in the protective waters of the channel, street lighting fire hydrants, etc.

The price range of these exclusive lots range from $225,000.00 to $600,000.00 with all assessments and improvements included.

B) The Lagoon side of INDIAN BEACH HARBOR consists of only Twenty-one (21) single-family detached town homes. These homes range in size from 1250 square feet to 1800 square feet. Most of the twenty-one (21) homes will have full basement capabilities (many will have walkout or partial walkout basements!). Each single family town home will have numerous special features such as vaulted ceilings, tray ceilings, decks, patios, front porches, double car garages, four season sunrooms, gas fireplaces etc. All of our specifically designed plans can be customized to fit your individual lifestyle. Each home has its own lot, professionally landscaped, including lawn irrigation.

All twenty-one (21) single-family town homes would have Green Lake access and would have their own private mooring space in the Green Lake Lagoon.

The spacious common areas include beautiful ponds, walking paths, docks, lagoon side gazebo, club house for socializing and group get-togethers, private drives, decorative street lighting, all utilities including sewer, water, natural gas, phone and cable lines, etc. Entrance monuments and professionally landscaped grounds define this exclusive, private neighborhood.

The homeowners association governs both segments of this development (Lake lots and Lagoon lots) The association takes care of the private drives, snow removal, all, docks, garbage removal, gazebo and clubhouse, entrance monuments, etc. Lawn care is included for the Lagoon side single- family detached town-homes. Lawn care for the owners of the lake lots would not be included in the homeowners association. There will be a monthly fee to cover the operating expenses.

Prices for the single family town homes (including lot and assessments) will range in price from approximately $390,000.00 on up depending on size of town home, lower level finishes (if any) etc.

With so few lake lots and single-family town homes available we expect them to sell out very quickly.
